getting VERY explicit-y
wow someone over at Tampa Fire Rescue lerves to delve into the personals. Makes me kinda wonder about the amount of time they have on their hands because this outfit NEVER fails to stalk me when I am driving down Bearss Avenue in either direction.
I've got ridiculous amounts of video of them doing absolutely nothing and five neighbors passing by commenting on what is what.
It's not really amusing because now I KNOW of someone who claims to have set fires FOR THEM in the past. Huh.
And, funny how these people are always out and arriving home. Not so with my family who must be very loathed. For no good reason they were forced to run for their lives three different times, already. And, twice, the fire just wouldn't get going .......
Anyway ... dig the details. I'm sure this family is delighted. Victims of arson AND financial details (true or not) spread far and wide.

Dog, rabbit die in Lutz house fire
LUTZ -- A family of five lost a dog and pet rabbit when their home caught fire Saturday afternoon, according to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
The fire at 2009 Wallace Road also destroyed family keepsakes, clothing and important paperwork, said Abi Weaver of the American Red Cross Tampa Bay chapter, which is providing aid to the family.
Fire Rescue arrived at the home just after 2 p.m. The home was nearly engulfed in flames and firefighters tried to subdue the fire with water from tankers because there were no hydrants nearby.
No one was in the house at the time of the fire, but the couple who owns the house, and their sons, ages 22 and 7, and daughter age 10 arrived as firefighters were dealing with the blaze, Weaver said.
Among the items lost was the oldest son's master's thesis, which burned with the family computer.
The family will stay with relatives, but the Red cross provided them with emergency money for clothing, food and medicines, Weaver said.
"Fortunately this family owns their home and are insured," Weaver said. "So we are just helping in the immediate time until they can get that process going."
The cause is still under investigation, said Capt. Bruce Delk of Hillsborough County Fire rescue.

LUTZ - Most people are thankful to have their parents and children in the same house for Thanksgiving, but one local family has a five-generation Turkey Day tradition that started in the 1950s and is still going strong.
At the Lindsay family Thanksgiving dinner in Lutz, there are plenty of kids making plenty of excited noise. After all, family matriarch Elizabeth Lindsay has seven children, 19 grandchildren and, umm, how many great grandchildren? After 20, she says, pretty much quit counting.
"I started something, didn't I," she said. "Families a lot of times grow apart, and mine grew within."
Jennifer Pilkey, a fourth-generation member of the clan, wouldn't have it any other way.
"It's just great I still have my nanny here, my granny and my dads and all our kids," she said. "It's just awesome."
The celebration took on a special meaning for one of the "newer" members of the family, second generation sister Barbara Boully.
"I had a brother just come back from Iraq for the third time, and I'm thankful for that," she said.
Barbara's husband, Harold Boully, plays the role of family historian. He's passionate about deep family ties. Forty years ago, his family was featured in The Tampa Tribune and he still has the clippings.
"It's kind of rough getting five generations together at one time and they're scattered around," Harold Boully said. "To me, it's an honor to be in this family and they're a great bunch of people."

FIREMEN CUT EXTENSION CORDS
Is mr morgan another home owner you are SEEKING TO DIVEST OF HIS HOME YOU MURDERERS?????????????????????
Pasco Man Jailed After Trying To Save Pets As Home Burns
By LISA A. DAVIS The Tampa Tribune
Published: November 21, 2008
Henry Morgan
ZEPHRYHILLS - Henry Ben Morgan wanted to save his pets.
Instead, he ended up in handcuffs and at least three dogs and a cat perished in the blaze that destroyed his home.
Just before 11 a.m. today, firefighters were called to 35615 Chester Drive and arrived 12 minutes later, finding the home engulfed in flames.
At some point, Morgan's wife arrived, followed by Morgan a few minutes later, said Pasco Fire Rescue Assistant Chief Mike Ciccarello.
Morgan started running for the house. Sheriff's deputies and firefighters yelled for him to stay back, but he kept going toward a window.
Deputies and firefighters, according to a report, restrained him so he could not jump through the window and into the blaze.
Morgan, 41, was forcibly removed from the scene, the report states, and was arrested on charges of obstructing the extinguishment of a fire, a felony, and resisting arrest without violence, a misdemeanor, respectively.
He was being held at the Land O' Lakes Jail this evening. Bail was set at $5,150.
About 20 firefighters continued fighting the one-alarm fire but couldn't save the animals or the home, Ciccarello said.
"It looks like a total loss," he said.
The family of five, including two teenage girls and a 7-year-old boy, are being helped by the American Red Cross.
The fire began between a garage-turned-bedroom and a utility room in the small ranch home. The cause was a worn extension cord that had been run under a door, Ciccarello said.
No one was injured.
Reporter Lisa A. Davis can be reached at (727) 815-1083 or ldavis@tampatrib.com.

I think the felony charge might be a little harsh, but the right thing was done to prevent him from finding the same fate as his pets.

i guess i should be shocked that cops here would arrest a distraught man trying to save his pets. (as though this is a crime) but i'm not. in the year i've been in florida, it's become painfully obvious to me that florida police are monsters who believe they can shoot anyone, arrest anyone, and do anthing to anyone just because they've got a badge. apparently the constitution doesn't apply here.

Sheesh...There is something to be said about the difference between 'Letter of the law' and 'Spirit of the law'. The letter of the law may be a felony, but COME ON. The man was not in his right mind: 1 - his house was burning down, 2 - His pets were dying.Put him in custody, remove him from the scene. But charge him with a felony? That cop needs to be smacked upside the head with the reality stick.Hopefully the state/feds will decide to not prosecute this poor man.

He should not have been arrested at all. This is called "TEMPORARY INSANITY". Another jerk cop hiding behind basic probable cause for an arrest without any hope of a conviction unless his attorney sells him out for a plea deal. What a jerk cop.

Yeah! that's our wonderful legal system here in Florida these days...nothin' like kickin' em when their down. Question is, would they have still arrested him if it were his children he was trying to save. Well, to some people, thier pets are their children. I would have done the same as him, they should drop the charges, dismiss the case and let him get back to his family who needs him. The he11 with these cookie cutter BS laws, No compassion allowed.

first off, i am a fire fighter certified in this lovely state. for no reason should a fire fighter ever place hands on a person for trying to do what they should have been doing instead. give me a break a 1 alarm fire and you lost 4 pets and the whole house i have personaly fought a nice 3 alarm fire and managed to save the home or the pets, either / or something would and should of been saved! as for our lovely LEO's give me a break the man lost his home and family pets to charge him at all is ludicrous oh and last time i checked a home owner has the right to refuse the fire dept from putting out a fire on his property let alone from being on his property , unless the fire endangers other structures that do not belong to him . that officer should re-read his Florida state statutes . Good luck and God bless Mr. Morgan

You've got to be kidding. This poor family. By instinct, I would run to the fire as well. My pooch is a member of the family. I would guess the officer doesn't have pets. Or perhaps the Land O Lakes police are not close to their arrest quota for the month. geezzzee.

Alright where are all the ones that was writing to chain inmates to the floors at??? This is FLORIDA you don't have to do anything wrong to land in jail! I bet he gets prison time for this after all he didn't get the pets out of the house before the fire broke out so that was his fault too... And they will get him for the fire also so that's an arson arrest... yep going away for that 85% most likely because he didn't have a gun... well lets hope there wasn't one in the house or he will be getting that 5 years plus the time for the obstructing the extinguishment of a fire, a felony, and resisting arrest without violence... hummm I think we are looking at about 15 to 20 years.. after all he is one of those CRIMINALS now.. Heck where's the DA in all this?????? They should nail him to the wall... now lets see what else the DA can put on him.. oh.. guess what I forgot the cops pulling him back from the fire...... he put their lives in danger getting them to close to a burning building... that's attempted murder of a police officer... put him on Death Row... that takes care of everything now! :) Why are you all so surprised??

I feel terrible for this entire family. The children and mom and dad lost everything in this fire including their family pets. Now, the police put the husband in jail???? Outrageous!! Now the family not only has to replace everything, find a place to live, clothes to wear right before the holidays PLUS come up with bail money to get dad out of jail. This is disgusting and I ask the Land O Lakes police department "where is the humanity in this???" My thoughts and prayers to the entire family for their loss today.

No one was injured.

i guess i should be shocked that cops here would arrest a distraught man trying to save his pets.

Yeah! that's our wonderful legal system here in Florida these days...nothin' like kickin' em when their down.

Morgan

Oprah's Hardon for Hillary
yada yada blah blah blah .... this place is like the tampa tribune. Dangling the carrot in front of you and then snatching it back. The tribune gives voice to folks like barb orban and others in the hope that it will shut them up about the ugly truth of tampa, police pension thieving and other scummy practices.
Anyway, I guess they'll snatch the secretary of state job from hillary because bill has friends he shouldn't have. HOW is that hillary's fault?????
If he picks a REPUBLICAN for secretary of state (i don't care if it's hagel) I'll be pretty mad.
Kerry is not the one.
Give the secretary of state job to hillary.
This is just like with john edwards. When obama was going to have to pick him as Veep out trotted the mistress.

Does oprah know that other people could go on the cover of her magazine, TOO???
Seriously.

After condosleeza fucked things up for everyone.

300 firefighters rally against cuts
The Capitol courtyard swarmed with firefighters this afternoon during a rally against the property tax cuts. Bob Carver, president of the Florida Professional Firefighters, warned the cuts could lead to higher insurance costs for homeowners and longer response times. "People will die as a result," he said as about 300 people looked on. "The fires will burn longer."
A number of Democratic lawmakers joined the protesters (Rep. Luis Garcia, a former Miami Beach fire chief, is at the podium) and at least one Republican, Rep. Ed Hooper of Clearwater, also a firefighter.
Afterward, the men and women took to the halls, stopping legislators and taking front row seats at House and Senate committee meetings. "Make sure you are seen," said Capt. Shayne Stewart of the Okaloosa Island Fire Department. "If we lose," he said, "then we really have to attack that constitutional amendment. That is the killer."
Carver said all the firefighters were off duty.

They could only round up 300 for their "rally."

I'd say 300 non-government people at a rally in Tally is pretty good. It's not an easy place to get to from most of the state---and most people have to do real work, which does not include watching legislators. And I can say this from experience: when my building caught on fire and a neighbor had a heart attack, there were a lot of people very happy to see those firemen show up.

The independent special fire control districts in Pinellas County will be severly impacted by this legislation. There is no other money to cut to make up for loss revenues except for jobs. As for the number of firefighters in attendance, most of them drove up this morning and left as soon as the rally was over. I'd rather pay a few hundreds dollars more to make sure that I receive a great response time if my house is on fire.

We have part-time employees driving $400 a month city-leased vehicles and charging the city for gas used to visit the in-laws. I could go on and on and on and on. There's so much room for spending cuts it would make a rational persons head spin. Now get back to your union meeting and complain that you're not paid enough to sit around playing pinball at the firehouse.

TAMPA - Three pint-sized rescue trucks — each looking like "a golf cart on steroids" — soon will snake through crowds at parades and festivals throughout the city, starting with Guavaween this month.
Tampa Fire Rescue purchased the vehicles, which are similar to minipickup trucks, in 2005 with an Urban Area Security Initiative grant for search and rescue calls. But because the compact size allows personnel to squeeze through crowds with ease, Fire Chief Dennis Jones decided to expand its use.
A new $15,000 grant from Aon Risk Services Inc. and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company allowed the agency to modify the vehicles. One is outfitted with medical equipment, a stretcher and a seat for a paramedic to tend to a patient while a driver transports the patient to a waiting ambulance, Capt. Bill Wade said.
The other two each have a fire pump, 50 feet of hose, a 75-gallon water tank and foam for fighting small blazes such as vehicle fires and grease fires from vendor carts, Wade said.
Jones officially unveils the new gear Thursday morning at Tampa Fire Rescue headquarters but released photos of the minitrucks today.
"Time is of the essence when responding to any emergency, and these little modified rescue units enable us to provide expanded service in the community," he said in a statement.
Wade said each truck resembles "a golf cart on steroids" but has a heavier-duty transmission.
Like their full-size counterparts, the trucks have emergency lights, but they don't have sirens, just horns, Wade said.
"The first real test will be Guavaween," the Halloween festival and parade in Ybor City, he said.

Is this the Indian version of the "TaTa"? Looks like it might be..FYI: Indian automaker Tata Motors has finally unveiled the Tata Nano — its already legendary $2,500 (1-lakh)car. As expected, the car that Tata claims will change the face of not only the Indian car market, but the global auto industry will be a four door, five seat hatch, powered by a 30 HP Bosch 624 cc four stroke engine mounted out back and mated to a CVT. That makes the Nano the first time a 2-cylinder gasoline engine will be used in a car with a single balancer shaft. The Nano's also expected to get 54 US miles per gallon. Where can I get one? $2500.00..Wow!!Anybody remember the "YuGo" ? Americans will be asked to tighten our belts and I was looking around at ways 2 save $$.

What a great idea! Given the masses at Gasparilla and Guavaween (and the Super Bowl), this is a great way to get through the crowds. We all know how many people ignore fire trucks and ambulances. Great job TFR!

I think you're right about the cow-catchers. We learned yesterday that tasers are ineffective against mature swine.I read the viagra price in a book called, "How to make Friends and Influence People." They said that walking around with a perpetual erection was a great way to meet new people.

I really think this is a good idea, they don't use as much gas, are cheaper to maintain than a full size fire truck. Who could be against having better and/or more equipment for fire fighters? Now if I'm hunting in north Florida and see a couple Tampa fire fighters cruising through the woods with shot guns on one of these, then I'll have a problem.

Pasco Paramedic Accused Of Strangling Girlfriend

Published: November 9, 2008

New Port Richey - A 27-year-old New Port Richey firefighter/paramedic was arrested by Pasco deputies early Saturday, accused of trying to strangle his girlfriend.
James E. McCormick and his girlfriend were arguing when he threw her around the bedroom, according to his arrest affidavit, and then grabbed her head and started choking her.
The woman thought she was going to die, according to the report, and scratched McCormick, trying to get away. The firefighter took her phone so she couldn't call for help and he wouldn't let her leave, a report states, but she finally got out of the house on Mystic Avenue and ran to a neighbor.
McCormick told deputies his girlfriend beat him up and he didn't fight back, the affidavit states.
The couple had been drinking alcohol prior to the incident, according to the report.
When the deputy arrived he noticed a red mark on the woman's throat and she complained of pain from where she said McCormick was holding her throat, the report states.
In his report Deputy Matthew Kadel wrote that the bedroom was in "disarray" and the woman's necklace was on the floor with the clasp ripped off.
McCormick was arrested on a charge of battery by strangulation. He was released from the Land O' Lakes Jail after posting $5,000 bail.
Reached by telephone on Sunday, McCormick declined to comment. City fire officials couldn't be reached for comment.

Abuse....they need to stay apart! Anyone who beats someone else up or does something like this needs to be locked up and be ordered to go for "real" counseling, not just something the state makes money on. Mental help should start while the person is in jail. I think that is a major problem, the people get locked up, then go to "classes", they need professional help not all the bull! The other person needs court ordered evaluation also, maybe they are too agressive themselves, perhaps abuse could be nipped in the bud! Too much of this goes on, that is where murder takes over in some instances!

Women can say and do terrible things to inistigate this behavior. It's 2008 and we have a black president elect, equal rights for men and women, times are changing. They are not legally married so there is no reason to try & work it out. The relationship is OVER. If he did this once then he'll definitely do it again and unfortunately it will get worse. He knows you got away this time, he wont let it happen next time. Perhaps she can move in with mom & dad for a month or two until she feels safe. I think that it is time for ladies to start acting like ladies and take responsibility for their win actions. Far to often the woman intiates the violence or prolonges the confrontation with the belief that they will be looked at as the victim, when in fact they are the aggressor and instigator.Yes we do have woman who are battered, but what steps could they have takem to de-escalate the situation. He knows you got away this time, he wont let it happen next time. Perhaps she can move in with mom & dad for a month or two until she feels safe. Then start her life over again with a restraining order.

How about, SHUTTING YOUR MOUTH FOR FIVE SECONDS ? and walking away ?

So the Paramedic has to post bond; why does another guy do the same thing the same night and get released SROR- own recognizence, right? http://www.pascosheriff.com/webapps/IMS500R.pgm?TASK=disp&rrn=000114387&rnd=99377 And I don't care what she said, no 'man' does this another person. These are not men...

This sounds like they both needed a time-out. Had they taken some time and thought about it this situation would of never happen.

tampa fire rescue deathbox driver mark and his woman
UPDATE: that's tahiti lane off of mohr road. BUT they won't be there long. At fifty grand per year plus whatever they get from dealing and stealing they're behind in payments and on vacation with rent-a-center coming by. Hmmmmm one of those vacations.
Man that air makes me G R O U C H Y. I have some research to do. LMAO.
UPDATE: If you can read this. Thank a biker on Mitchell.
Here, this is permanent now. Fuck you and fuck your air poisoning. Oh if you want to pretend it's all biker no firefighter than I guess you won't mind standing on the corner watching his ass. Or get one of those kids you've got running around ganging for you to watch him. LMAO.
You are making the sum total of things go way waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up. And, of course, there's the I DON"T GIVE A FLYING FUCK FACTOR on ya.
it's kinda amazing that my friend who is being dragged through the legal system while the fire dept blows shit in the background is NOW working for not one but TWO DEATH BOX DRIVERS *boyfriend and girlfried0 over there on mohr road. As well, his permanent (LOL) job is to do some work for some relation of some lady married to a fireman who got fired for having a hooker in the firehouse which until they started fucking with me was jake with me to tell you the truth. Besides the arsonist is friends with a friend of mine. Anyway ... then his restaurant burnt down and commenters in the tampa trib gave me the rest of these ideas. And truth.
So, this same ummm contractor ... let's call him velez. Has some county contracts. That's REALLY amazing isn't it??? Considering his someone or other is running for and may have become a county judge. He offered to go to court with my friend. Yeah don't do me any favors. I owe you nothing and you have nothing I want. That's why your bargaining sucks among other reasons. You ain't GOT SHIT I WANT.
And, there have been sundry other threats laid down.
Your motherfuckin lives revolve around me. You're not helping your case nor changing anything and is this another of your threats???? LMAO.

something is seriously wrong with you folks. I think part of it comes from inbreeding and the other part from inbreeding socially. Ya just don't get out in the real world where people tell you how stupid what you say and do sounds and is.
You hang out with each other burning down houses, maiming, murdering, threatening, stealing and picking on small children. When you don't whore out your own children to do so .....
and there are few of you with balls enough to tell the others: YOU ARE A FUCKING STUPID MORON.
No problem. Now you have me.
You created it.
You remember me motherfuckers, you've known me ALL MY LIFE.
GO FUCK YOURSELF.
