He was found carrying money and a DVR that belonged to the video surveillance system of the market, Tampa Police said. The building was fully engulfed in flames. No injuries were reported. Nettles reportedly told the arresting officers that he worked at the Thai Market and that owner Judy Rolison is his stepmother. He was held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bail Wednesday morning.
